PART 1 OF OUR 5-DAY ICELAND ROAD TRIP AROUND THE WHOLE RING ROAD IN A CAMPERVAN It's been too long since we have been camping, let alone in a van! And what better place to get back into the great outdoors than the diverse, awesome and ever-surprising Iceland. A road trip in Iceland had been on the top of our bucket list for a long time. And experiencing a taste of van life again was the cherry on top of this adventure. Starting the ring road clockwise, we weren't too sure what we would see in the North of Iceland as most of the super popular spots are in the South. Needless to say, it surpassed any expectations we had. In just the first two days of our road trip, we drove some epic roads, saw gorges, waterfalls and lava fields, and stayed at an amazing campsite.
