We get to harvest our winter crop from our winter greenhouse here in Mongolia. We will share with you a simple Kimchi recipe that once you have tried it you will never buy kimchi from the shop again. This is also a great way to preserve your food. We also travel in to Ulaanbaatar to look at a new shop that has just open called (Таримал Ургамлын Үрийн дэлгүүр) Where we believe they have new grow lights and an amazing selection of new seeds. It is so wonderful to have a winter greenhouse were we can grown our own food here in Mongolia were the winters are so extremely cold and we wanted to share something with you.
