Mohammed Azam S/o Mohammed Ghouse, Age: 35 Years at Falaknuma PS, Hyderabad stating that his younger brother byname Md. Majid, Aged about: 26 Years R/o Vattepally, Falaknuma, was killed by unknown persons at Star Coffee Day & Star Pan Mahal, near metro bakery, bibi ka chashma, Teegalkunta, Falaknuma, Hyd. On receipt of complaint a case is registered in Cr. No.165/2025 U/s 103(1), 238, r/w 3(5) BNS & Sec. 25 (1)(A) Arms Act of PS Falaknuma Deceased Particulars: Late Md. Majid, Aged about: 26 Years R/o Near Noor Function Hall, Nice Hotel Vattepally, Falaknuma Particulars of the accused A-1 Shaik Mohd Ali S/o Shaik Akthar Ali, age: 32 years, Occ: Pvt Employee, R/o Mohammed Nagar Bandlaguda, Hyderabad A-2 Shaik Osman Ali S/o Shaik Akthar Ali, age: 25 years, Occ: Pvt Employee, R/o Mohammed Nagar Bandlaguda, Hyderabad A-3 Shaik Akthar Ali S/o late Sk. Abed Ali, age: 72 years, Occ: house hold, R/o Mohammed Nagar Bandlaguda, Hyderabad MOTIVE of CRIME: The complainant and Accused families are the neighbours and residing at Mohammed Nagar Bandlaguda in the year-2018. When they are residing there some issues arise among them. Complainant Sri Mohammed Azam family was shifted to Falaknuma. After shifted by them A1’s mother was expired and brothers health was deteriorating. A1 and his family members are illusion that complainant family members were doing the black magic against the accused and his family members. Keeping the grudge against the complainant and his family members, accused persons decided to eliminate one of the family members APPREHENSION: On 05.05.2025 at about 11:00 hours, on receiving credible information, Sri K Adi Reddy Inspector of Police along with his team apprehended the accused A-1 to A-3 at Amberpet, Hyderabad and further as per their confessions seized two (02) knives which were used in the commission of offence also seized 3 mobile phones of the accused persons. The arrests were made under the supervision of Smt. Sneha Mehra Dy.Commissioner of Police, South Zone and Sri M.A Javeed, ACP, Falaknuma Division, by Sri K Adi Reddy, Inspector of Police, PS Falaknuma and his team Sd/- SNEHA MEHRA, IPS Dy.Commissioner of Police, Falaknuma Division, Hyderabad.
