Ingredients: 2 medium russet potatoes washed, peeled, cut into ½ inch pieces 1 small yellow onion peeled and chopped into ½ pieces 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 tablespoon butter melted ⅓ teaspoon salt ⅓ teaspoon ground black pepper ⅓ teaspoon garlic powder Instructions: 1. To a medium bowl, add the potatoes, onion, canola oil, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until well coated. 2. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. 3. Once the air fryer is ready, add the potatoes and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through for even cooking. 4.
