In Rajasthan's Jalore, a 9 year old Dalit boy was allegedly beaten to death by a teacher for reportedly touching his water pot. Following the incident on July 20, the injured child, Indra Meghwal was taken to hospital in Gujarat's Ahmedabad for treatment where he died last week.
