Self-development transformed my life, pulling me out from the pits of daily panic attacks, an eating disorder and severe episodes of depression. It took me from being insecure in my capabilities as an athlete and a young woman, to transforming my self perception and rewiring my mind to fulfil my full potential and beyond.
