International 20 Foot Lumber Dump Good day! This is Mike Olden with Lee Smith You can reach me at 423-618-3323, Shoot me an email molden@lee-smith.com This video is on the International MV607 with a 20ft lumber dump rolled rear end of the deck at the back. Basically for offloading, I'll show you that in a second. This is the non CDL Cummins powered - Allison transmission. 100 gallons of fuel. The tires are the 29575R 22.5 front and rear with steel painted rims. Easy entry for the passenger side. We have on the hood convex mirrors on both the passenger and the driver's side for visibility of one, two, three, four visibility points towards the side and rear end of the truck. DEF tank is on the driver's side. Below is your battery box as well as your pull lines for the air tanks. The interior features the air ride driver's seat. Storage in the door for that midday drink. At the top we have the switches for the power mirrors, power door locks, and heated west coast mirrors for the main mirror. As well as which selection - left or right - for the power mirrors. Lamp check for all but your backup lights. Tilt wheel. Automatic headlights. On the left hand side of the steering column is the controls for your flash to pass as well as your windshield wipers. It is an intermittent wiper as well as low and high speed. To add fluid to the windshield to press in. The gear selector is the T handle. And when you are operating in your Bluetooth environment you accept calls on the radio, and your microphone is on the A-pillar for easy conversation. This is the high contrast screen visible from all angles inside the cab. This is a collision mitigation truck to reduce that insurance premium that you face day-to-day. Inclusive in the dash are the switches for your engine exhaust brake, your off-road traction control, transmission mode (as to whether it should be in economy or more aggressive), park regeneration button. Up underneath that is your environmental controls. To the left is your hazards. There is an on/off for lane departure should you get in a construction area. This is not a fully disengage switch as it will come back on after a reasonable amount of time. There are several power points in the cab. Three 12 volt, two USB C's and three USB A's. The entertainment center is found right below the environmental controls. And above the shifter as well as the air brake application. An aftermarket backup camera has been installed. I'm taking this cutaway to share with you the backup camera. And we're putting the truck back into the backup position. The backup alarm is engaged as you can hear. And I know my distance coming into the edge of the concrete. There we have it. All right let's get back to the walk around. The Muncie PTO engagement as well as your control for the dumping cycle. Above the windscreen we have netted storage pockets. The OnCommand satellite system, integral for the first 3 years, allows you to communicate with your truck while it's on the road and is set up to easily integrate with your telematic systems. Let's go ahead and run the dump body. I'll start the truck. We are in neutral, Lane departure is enabled. We select the PTO switch, release the brake, to operate the lift, depress and hold down which is indicated on the cap of the safety switch. Operating the engine at 1,100 RPM allows the body to go up at a good controlled speed. The Venco lift system we've installed on this unit is a power up / power down. So you have good control. As you come into the down position, go ahead and rest the RPMs to a lower speed so that the bed does not collide with a hard concussion onto the chassis frame rail. Pretty spiffy I think. Let's go take a look at the bed. With a 36-in undermount box for the storage of your winch bar Our hydraulic system has the [SORRY FOR THE NOISY BACK ROUNG]. Our hydraulic system has the master valve control at the hydraulic tank. The body features rub rails with stake pockets on the side if you need to control the product with stations. We have a GI pintle hitch at the back with electric brake controller. You have the backup camera situated to where you can easily see the trailer as you're loading it and backing up to it. This is that rounded effort at the back of the body which allows the product to roll off versus get caught on a hard sharp angle. On the passenger side we have slide track. In the slide track we have six slidable winches. And another undermount storage box just behind the fuel tank. Thank you for your consideration and for your truck business.
