They wooed their passengers with their customized branding of Rims, tinted names on their windscreen & high-quality audio (deep slamming bass/tweeters) playing the favorite Reggae Dancehall hits of the day branded: " MAXI DUB ", “You would often hear the music before you see the MAXI”. Maxi Taxis were color coded for different zones in T&T, they were a cheaper alternative to the regular Taxis .
