We're STILL fabricating pieces that comprise the forward fuselage of my airplane. The tedium involved in this area is extreme! But we make good progress on the fuse, getting nearly to the point of assembly of the fuselage... again. Excitement is growing. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it! If you have ever want to build an airplane, this is a great glimpse at what it takes. The airplane is a two-person experimental kit built aluminum plane capable of over 200 miles per hour, and a range of over 700 miles. The kit is manufactured by Van's Aircraft, one of the most prolific kit providers on the planet. The airplane is aerobatic, functional, and fun.
