On October 6, 2010, at approximately 3:50 a.m., officers responded to a hold up alarm at Modes Inc. located at 2629 Stemmons Freeway. A short time later, a witness also called 9-1-1 to report the businesses rear door pried open after seeing five males sitting inside a Chevy Impala out front just before the burglary. The store manager who provided officers with this surveillance video. Based on the video, it is believed at least four black male suspects entered the business and stole a large amount of jewelry. They were all wearing gloves and had their faces concealed. The burglary is documented on incident number 278257X.
