The Vert Shock Shock Phase is complete and here are my results so far. I've also been reading up on the Vertical Jump research as I want to know whether plyometrics or weight training has shown the most benefits. Although the program doesn't change much (at all!) over the 7 weeks the difference is my jumping ability improves so I can get more out of each exercise. I have kept on top of mobility and soft tissue work and while I've had a niggling knee injury (very common with this program) I haven't come close to stopping an exercise or missing reps.
