Use Intel PresentMon to measure CPU and GPU workload in American Truck Simulator

Welcome back to American Truck Simulator, where today's video is different. Today, rather than driving a truck as a focus, I'll be driving the Windows desktop and the Intel PresentMon application - a free application from Intel (hey, if I didn't say it, someone might ask it!) that has the ability to measure how long your CPU and GPU take to render a frame in any 3D application. We're going to use it to see how long the CPU takes to render a frame in ATS... and then how long the GPU needs... and show that on my system, with my particular mods, hardware, screen resolution and graphics setup, American Truck Simulator is CPU limited. Although I'm showing the American Truck Simulator, the same technique may be used for Euro Truck Simulator 2, or for that matter, pretty much any game with 3D graphics.
