What does it mean to blow across the wet? Well, I know it seems like a funny expression. But to get the kind of tone that you want, you need to let the air hit the inside of your lower lip. It may even blow across the inside of the upper lip. When you do this right, the air feels cold because of the warm air hitting the wet of your lips. It's a way for you to loosen up your embouchure while giving your tone a clear unobstructed path to come out and blossom.
