Huge Moto Mistake! I will never learn. Tubed tires on Yamaha Tenere 700.

I seem to have difficulty learning from my previous mistakes and experiences from riding motorcycles. I have yet again demonstrated I lack good judgement and found myself in a very challenging position where I had a limited amount of time to return home after suffering a front flat tire on my Yamaha Tenere 700. After having fix many flat tires, blown out tubes on my KTM 390 Adventure, you would think I would have learned to carry with me all the tools necessary to fix a flat tire. Unfortunately, I never seem to learn. This is a story of what I did to get home when I had very little time and no one to call for help.
