Did Google Plus Delete Your Youtube Account? ...Maybe Not.

If you think Google Plus deleted your Youtube channel info, you may have just been given an extra channel. This may not apply to all of you watching, but hopefully it will help a few who were as freaked out as I was when they'd seen their sub list at 0.lol My story; For months, Google had been asking Youtubers to change our user identification to our "real name". Like many, I refused, wanting to keep my original "stevenwalton8177". Then Google forced us to join Google Plus, in order to see our comments. Again, like many, I opted to keep my Youtube identification instead of my name, but Google Plus automatically took my real name from my sign-up information, and used it on my profile. The outcome was Google creating a brand new secondary youtube "Steven Walton" channel for me without my knowlage, and forcing me to make a G+ "Page" on this account for my first "stevenwalton8177" channel, which can then be accessed using Youtube's "Switch account" link under "Sign out" at the top right of my browser. (Note; A "Page" is not a profile, and is accessed with the same login as your existing G+) All of my subscriptions and information were still there, but I needed to "Switch accounts" and create a Google Plus Page before I could access them.
