Application - really tell what inspires you to be an RA, do some research 2. Group Process - do research beforehand, be yourself, listen to others, make yourself heard, agree with someone else, disagree, be respectful of others ex you know Charlie I understand why you would say that, but what I would do is …. 3. Panel Interview - do research, practices your answers or responses, (in a mirror) about 4-5 people be knowledgeable on diversity within the student population sometimes, don’t answer right away - think about the question first why do want to be a RA what aspect of the position are you looking for what’s your greatest weakness? whats your greatest strength? when was a time you did not succeed? - tell a story about it, but end with what did you do next. ❀ INSTAGRAM➜ www.instagram.com/yt_tommiemarie ❀ TWITTER➜ www.twitter.com/yt_tommiemarie ❀ SNAPCHAT➜ @callmedvddy __ T E C H S T U F F Camera: iPhone 6 or Canon T5i __ All Business Inquiries Please Email Me: [email protected] (NO Networks or Partnerships!!!) __________________________________________________________________ Hey!
