New York based German born photographer Anna Bauer spent four years shooting the world's top fashion personalities backstage at the shows in Paris, Milan, London and New York using a heavy large-format camera and black-and-white Polaroid. The result is her new portrait book, ANNA BAUER BACKSTAGE published by Angelika Books, designed by Fabien Baron with an introduction by Tim Blanks.  We went behind the scenes with Anna Bauer at Spring 2012 fashion week in Paris, and captured her in action shooting portraits of top models Miranda Kerr and Karmen Pedearu. "I got totally addicted to the backstage," Bauer says in the preface to this volume. "I wanted to show how much is involved."
