This is the music that plays in the login screen for Midnight, and I've labeled all the themes with the original titles and composers. So, looks like Midnight has set a new record for the longest main title we've gotten in a WoW expansion. Nearly 20 minutes, which is neat. Of course, I am still a little disappointed that these newer login screen themes are just a mishmash of different themes slapped together. Basically, the older login screen themes composed by Russell Brower were actually unique compositions that combined all these different themes in interesting ways. And it was all orchestrated, recorded, and mixed together as one song. But nowadays, ever since Battle for Azeroth pretty much, only the first couple of minutes for the login screen theme are unique. The rest is just various themes composed for the expansion that are just edited to play next to each other. In other words, it starts unique for the first couple of minutes, but then just turns into a compilation for the rest of the runtime. It isn't one big unique composition like it used to be. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy the music compilations. After all, the videos I make on this channel are pretty much just music compilations if you think about it. But I do really miss that older style for login screen themes. I know it probably isn't feasible to compose an entire 20 minute song for the login screen, and there's probably other logistical reasons for why they can't do it the way they used to... But yeah, just a little disappointing, in my opinion. Still though, I'll give credit where its due. I do like how they arranged the themes this time around, jumping from each zone to the next clearly. Like going from Eversong Woods music, to Zul'Aman, to Harandar, to Voidstorm... Music choice in general is pretty good... Though I do wish they included Josh's "Silvermoon Horde" theme. Would've definitely preferred that one over... the other one... Alright, that's enough rambling for me today. Have yourselves a lovely one. 0:00 - Xal'atath 0:10 - Legends of Azeroth 0:47 - Xal'atath 1:20 - Devouring Host 2:19 - The Light 3:37 - Silvermoon City 4:16 - Eversong Woods 5:01 - Lake Elrendar 5:46 - Lightbloom 6:41 - Atal'Aman 7:45 - Troll Combat 8:32 - Zul'Aman 8:56 - Haranir Combat 3 9:23 - Haranir Combat 2 9:32 - Haranir Combat 1 10:08 - Amirdrassil Roots 11:08 - World Soul Cradle 12:23 - Storm Fields 14:10 - Void Combat 15:41 - Shadowguard Void 16:43 - Alleria Combat 1 17:37 - Arator
