God of War III Remastered - Hercules boss fight (Titan difficulty)

This video features the boss fight against Hercules from God of War III. Note that the video was recorded on the remastered edition of the game on the PS4 and on titan difficulty. Like nearly all the bosses from God of War III, Hercules' fight is divided in different phases. In the first stage you just have to battle a great number of Olympian sentries while watching out for the attacks of the archers from above. After killing enough sentries, Hercules will join the battle. Aside for dishing attacks with his Nemean cestus, he can order the sentries in the arena to gang up on Kratos (something that leaves you open to his combos as you try to escape). If Hercules manages to push you on the thorned walls around the arena you'll have to complete a QTE to get free as your health starts dropping. Once you'll damage him enough, Herculess will try to wrestle Kratos in a QTE: if you overcome him, you'll be able to lead him to one of the thorned walls and remove some of his armor. After you'll have done this twice, Hercules will kill the remaining sentries and fight you one on one: after damaging him enough, he'll stun you and you'll be able to steal his cestus in a QTE. The final stage of the battle involves Kratos using the Nemean cestus against a now bare fisted Hercules. In this stage the boss will try to grab you and force you into a QTE, try to hit you with his fists or send Kratos away, ripp off one of the walls around the arena and throw it at him. Once you'll have dealt enough damage to Hercules a QTE will start and the boss fight will be over
