As a world-renowned, top-tier cosplayer, Taryn’s portrayal of JOJO series characters can truly be described as reaching the pinnacle. I had the honor of following each other on Instagram with this “national treasure” cosplayer from Italy, and at the HOYOFES event in Indonesia, we finally met in person! We did a brief, impromptu interview, and I genuinely felt I gained so much from it. “Become the character — perform like them, walk like them, speak like them — not just to the extent of simply wearing a cosplay costume. This is the true standard of professionalism a cosplayer should uphold.” If I get the chance in the future, I’d love to keep making this series and bring more cross-border cosplay exchanges to everyone!
