How to Make a Bulk Heterojunction Texture for Organic Solar Cells in Blender

In part one (this part) of a two part series on making bulk heterojunction organic solar cells I show how you can pull off this effect using textures which offer plenty of control and fine tuning and allow for quick and easy cross-sections to be generated. You could easily use this texture in a device stack (tutorial linked below) to make a complete solar cell device figure.
