My first modular MOC is finally finished :) I have tried to adapt the size and design to the bookshop (set 10270). On the first floor there is a small reception counter, a separate meeting room and the spiral staircase to the next floor. An office with a large desk and bookshelf has been set up on the upper floor. With the furnishings, the building could serve well as a detective's office, a law firm or similar in your Lego city.
