Nel 2018 lo studio ADO ha partecipato alla Tinajin Design Week con una mostra dedicata al valore della musica. Come l’acqua, anche la musica non è priva di forma: assume quella degli strumenti che la generano, dei luoghi che la accolgono, degli oggetti che la amplificano e dello spazio in cui vibra. La mostra ha indagato il rapporto tra musica e design, mettendo a confronto cultura cinese e occidentale, tra differenze, influenze reciproche e tradizioni, rivelando la dimensione concreta di un’arte immateriale. Like water, music is not formless: it takes the shape of the instruments that produce it, the spaces that host it, the objects that amplify it, and the environments where it resonates.
