Farmer leader Jagjit Dallewal detained from Khanauri Border ahead of hunger strike by Punjab Police

Punjab Police detained Dallewal and brought him to DMC Hospital in Ludhiana ahead of the proposed hunger strike at the Khanauri Border. In a dramatic turn of events ahead of farmers' hunger strike, farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal was taken into custody by the police. After Jagjit Singh Dallewal was detained and taken to an unknown location by the Police officials, farmer leader Sarwan Pandher alleged that the Police officials who detained Dallewal were speaking Hindi hinting that they were not Punjab Police officials. However, it has been revealed that Jagjit Singh Dallewal was not detained by the Haryana Police but by the Punjab Police. As per the information received, Punjab Police detained Dallewal and brought him to DMC Hospital in Ludhiana.
