Well, I made it to the Mother Brain, beat the brain's outa that brain, and made my escape, but for the first time ever, I failed, could not find my way out. Thankfully I made a savestate just before that, so tried again, failed again. And yet again after that. And then I found what I was missing, a barely noticeable opening at the very top of the glass enclosure, above the elevator. I survived and saved the galaxy, but I being me, refused to call that a victory because I don't use savestates to win, I use them to get back to games in progress (for games with passwords or acting as a long pause instead of leaving the game on for excessive time when not playing), thus just as the credits were getting ready to roll, I went back to the start of Tourian to try this again and do it all legit. So I got to the Mother Brain again, but because I was in a rush to get this over with I messed up and died. I started again and was killing the metroids at the beginning of Tourian, but one latched onto me and then I died, and so I started again, really aggravated but was bound to do this without the savestate. But then I noticed something that I thought I noticed before with this hack, half of my energy tanks were gone, I was back down to three after all of that work to get them up to 6 tanks, and I think it has been doing this with my missiles as well, that when you die you get penalized severely, certain ones disappearing from my inventory and finding them again in the world when I know darn well I already got them. You know what, screw this game with a twirling screw attack! I'm done. Stupid crap. I wasted way too much of my own energy on this one. I got the saves, so if there is a time I want to try it again I can, but right now, I don't give a skree.
