Back in August, I got a message directly from FMS. Now, I’ll be honest – at first, I thought it might be a scam. Being a smaller channel, you always get cautious when a manufacturer suddenly reaches out. At the time, everyone was hyped about the FMS F100 1/10 2WD Ford Pickup, so when they asked if I wanted to check out something much bigger a 1/10 4WD monster truck with a metal chassis, full Hobbywing electrics, and a 35kg servo – I wasn’t sure what to think. But guys… it was real. And here it is: the FMS FMT-10 Chevrolet Colorado 4S, a serious RC BEAST! 🏎️💨 This is a huge moment for the RC world. FMS has been known for their incredible scale-looking crawlers, but this is something else entirely. A fully licensed GM body, sitting on a brand-new FMT chassis designed for power, durability, and full-send bashing. This is them saying, “We’re here to compete with the big boys.” In this video, I’m taking the FMT-10 Chevrolet Colorado 4S to my favorite test spot, Garth Park, for a full-on flat-out bash, giving you my first thoughts, and breaking down why this truck could actually challenge the 4S throne. FMS have clearly studied the market, seen what works (and what doesn’t), and gone all-in with their first serious 1/10 scale basher. Having driven it myself, wow… this thing handles like my high-end Tekno MT410. And you know I love my Kraton 4S, Outcast 4S, and Traxxas Maxx, but this? This is next level. Every pull, every turn… it’s solid, it’s fast, and it feels like a proper beast. As I go through the first run, I’ll give you my honest thoughts and feedback on how it drives. It’s so exciting to see FMS come out swinging in this market.
