Smoked FRUIT | WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING?

Previously in our What are you Smoking Series we grabbed a bunch of Vegetables and saw what happened when you put some random vegetables in the smoker. We burned some, and others were okay. This time we went to the other side of the produce section and got FRUIT! We also payed closer attention and pulled things off before they were burnt. The way some of these flavors transformed is pretty surprising. We tried Apples, Banana, Orange, Grapefruit, Pear, Cantaloupe, Mango, Plantain, and Dragon fruit. The dragon fruit was slimy but tasty, the mango tasted a little ham like, and the cantaloupe tasted like sweet potato casserole. Over all it was sort of a success!
