Here's what we talked about that's actually helping: Exercise (gets your mind off the grind and gets your body in shape) Meditation (calms the chaos) Delegation (the real answer to overwhelm) If you're grinding month after month with no substantial break, chronic stress will get you. I'm learning to delegate the $20 problems so I can focus on the $1,000 problems. Still figuring it out. Business is often romanticized. The reality? It's really hard. It's also fun and a privilege.
