Dream Weaver ✨ Stunning Metallic Modern Minimal Wandering Ring Pour!

Last week I was inspired by an old painting of mine, Dream Catcher, and used a similar palette. Tonight I am changing up a few variables, and I am excited to see the results! I am using my favorite Modular Split Cup, available at www.Fluid-art.co I am using a 24x24 inch gallery wrapped canvas from Artists Loft. Colors Golden Turquoise Pthalo Pebeo Studios Iridescent Blue Green Amsterdam Pearl Blue Oxide Black Pouring Medium: Liquitex Gloss Medium American Floetrol Water There is NO Silicone in Any of My Paint. I am intentionally using a very minimal palette because I really want the colors to pop against that black basecoat. The Iridescent Blue Green from Pebeo is amazing and so shimmery, its wonderful. The Pearl Blue from Amsterdam dried a very cool deep metallic blue that is fantastic! By using the black in the middle largest chamber of the Modular Split Cup, we have black running all thru the pour and the rings. On the black basecoat this gives a very 3 Dimensional feeling to the pour. I hope you enjoy that effect as much as I do. I love the way this piece dried! It is very striking, but it also has very clean lines and tells a beautiful story. My daughter said it reminded her of Threads being woven into a tapestry.
