Polaris RS1 on the Widow Maker..will it make it?!?!?

We started Saturday morning about 8:30 with 4 machines. We planned to head to the widow maker. I had the RS1, after reworking the tree kickers I was ready to test the rework and see how they hold up to ME! We had a great trouble free ride over to the Widow Maker. The gate keeper aka Pea Gravel hill was very slick...it appeared several folks had been either up or down this hill before we got there. The RS1 climbed it no problem. A rather large tree has fallen across the left side of the upper section of Pea Gravel Hill, which means your only option is the more difficult right side now. We all made it up with minimal trouble. The rest of the trail was uneventful. On the way back to the trucks we took a very over grown, and rarely run trail. This trail has a couple bad washes on it. The first one we made it thru with exception of Corey in his Turbo S. Going across, his front wheel slide off the edge and he found himself front down hill on a bad ledge with no chance of backing out. After a few minutes with a winch and snatch blocks we had him back on trail and across the wash. Later on on the same trail we came across another wash, this one a little worse than the last one. I spotted Buck on the way down, he made it with no trouble...I was next. As I started down the wash, I made a bad decision on tire placement and tipped the RS1 forward on her roof. Only damage was a few scratches and a bruised Ego. David was next...Not wanting me to out do him he decided to lay his RZR over also. Corey was next, he made it with out rolling but nearly broke his wrist jamming the left front tire into the bank to keep the rig from rolling. from there it was a mad dash back to the trucks. We made it back to the trucks about 9PM with 111 miles behind us with zero mechanical issues. We will talk about this one for a long time to come....
