The Donna Adelson trial is underway and on Friday we got to see opening statements. While I didn't expect I'd be covering the entire case, I found myself in awe, dumb founded by the defense's opening argument, so much so, I had to weigh in. This is why all attorney's should consult with a psychologist of some type prior to appealing to a jury, particularly in a high profile case, where for the past decade we've been hearing about how guilty Donna Adelson is, and not to mention the prosecutor's office is already pitching a shut out, having successfully convicted every one of their defendant's in this case. BUT, as I continue to investigate the murder of Dan Markel, and get to know the Adelson family dynamics, more questions have emerged than answers, leading me to wonder, does Charlie Adelson actually believe he is innocent, or not guilty, and if so, why/how?
