This is a seat post mounted cargo rack I designed and printed using my Bambu X1C 3D printer. You can download the 3D print here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1576... I also made a shorter version here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1824... The rack installs in seconds without tools, it has a snap over latch that secures it tightly. This is a rear cargo rack for bicycles with 27.2mm seat post (specifically, I made it to fit the eesilk 27.2mm). Since I'm using a suspension seat post, many of the saddle bags on the market don't work because the seat moves relative to the seat post, this is why I designed this clip on rack. Since this is a prototype 3D printed part, it is required to use tether straps connected to the seat rail, so if the part were to fail catastrophically, it will not cause an accident. 5mm pins are used for the latches, (6x) 40mm length, and (2) 30mm length. These are readily available on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GKPWSRL One of the print plates has a sample latch that you can print to verify the latch will work with your seat post before printing the entire part. There is some adjustment possible by adding or subtracting length of one of the links, see video for details. I have 4 dots in this link to indicate the length. First set of dots are at the 20 o'clock position and the second set of dots is at the 5 o'clock position (20.50mm length). The rack area measures 25cm x 11cm x 11cm, roughly 3 liters of storage, perfect for holding a jacket (specifically, Mountain Hardware ghost whisperer L stored in a 2.5 liter stuff sack) 95mm of seat post length is taken up when the rack is installed.
