I cannot thank Sol Paragliders enough for the amazing tour of their facility. This was an experience that I will cherish. I have been fascinated by how paraglider wings are made for a long time, and this opportunity to learn how the production is handled was so thrilling for me. From making the wings to the reserves to the harnesses - it was mind-blowing! The amount of work and coordination that goes into making a paragliding wing is overwhelming. I learned so many things from Ary and the staff there. What an amazing group of people that also love to fly. Also, huge kudos to Gathino (Mauricio)! From the time I left Foz do Iguacu, I knew something was wrong with the motorcycle, and this adventure relies heavily on it. Unfortunately, it looks like it is back to the motorcycle shop once again. But hopefully not for long as the travel through South America (and especially Brazil) must continue.
