Last weekend was the PT in Las Vegas and it got dominated by aggro decks. 42,3% Izzet Prowess (140 Decks out of 331 Decks) and 10,9% Mono Red Aggro (66 Decks) were played at the PT. In the end we got a Top8 with 4x Mono Red Aggro and 4x Izzet Prowess, which again, proves my point. Something has to happen in a week when the ban announcement is coming on the 30th of June, otherwise the meta will stay boring and gets dominated by aggro all along. All of that to the side, still big congrats to the winner of the PT, Ken Yukuhiro, whos list im playing in todays Video. Even tho he played Mono Red Aggro (which i personally dont like), he played an awesome tournament with high level magic and microdecisions which in the end brought him an 3-0 win in the final against the Izzet Prowess Deck from Ian Robb, who made back to back Top8 at a PT. Congrats to him aswell. I still hope, this week will be the last of this aggro dominated meta for a bit, we will see. Star of the deck for me personally? Magebane Lizard, which is dominating the matchup against Izzet Prowess.
