Deleting Instagram Was The Best Decision I Made

Social media no doubt has its pros and cons. Today I wanted to focus on one platform that we have all heard of and probably use, Instagram. In todays video I discuss why I recently delete Instagram, how its changed over the years, and some of the benefits I feel now that I don't use it. I remember downloading Instagram in 2012 and seeing how basic the app was yet it being a novelty at the time as there was nothing to even compare to it. I enjoyed using it at the time in my life to keep up with my school mates and family. Over the years however, just like most social media apps, it has become another platform that tries to pull you in and buy your time. What use to be just a simple app to catch up with your friends/family and continue on with your day become and algorithmic machine meant to maximize your retention and time. I have felt much better since deleting the app and I share some of my insight and personal experience in this video so I hope you all enjoy.
