I used a Lanshan 1 (4 season version ) on this trip. I was concerned about condensation but to my surprise there was a minimal amount. Two important factors in using this tent is that I have an aluminum tent pole and titanium stakes. The weight is a little over 3 lbs which for a winter backpacking tent this is exceptional. I did test the tent with a snow load and in windy conditions to make sure it would continue to function and it had no issues. During this trip the weather was very nice and the tent was not tested. I will modify the tent a little more by increases guidelines on all sides from one to two to improve its ability to handle snow loading. Overall I would recommend this tent with the understanding this is not a high altitude mountaineering tent, but it can handle most Midwest winter conditions.
