There are a lot of different techniques to using a popping cork, you can use live bait, but in this video we focus on using a jig head and soft plastic. We also show you the two types of corks that we sell and how we tend to use the egg shaped for targeting trout. Most of the time we use the corks to target redfish with a 1/4 oz jig head and soft plastic like our Taddletail Shad, but we also discuss another popular method in which you can use the same technique with an imitation shrimp of your choice or live bait.
