How chillers see our work

How does a flower feel when it’s taken care of? How does a child feel when they know for sure they are loved? And how does a chiller feel in the Evroprom warehouse and service area? Cherished. Well cared for. Given a new purpose. We asked our chillers whether they feel good in our hands. And they showed us the answer. Our engineers give them a warm welcome at the warehouse. From the very first look and the first touch, it’s clear: they were expected here. They monitor the condition, listen closely, inspect and verify. First, they make sure the system is tight and there are no refrigerant leaks. Then comes the “nervous system”: electrics and controls. Contacts, winding resistance on compressors, pumps, and fans. Temperature and pressure sensors, flow switches. VFDs and inverters are tuned to optimal operating speeds — so the unit runs smoothly, without unnecessary wear. Fans, controllers, temperature setpoints — everything must operate gently and in harmony. The chiller is configured to reach its operating range without errors and without “tripping” in transient conditions. Next comes the care stage. Washing and cleaning. A mandatory warranty requirement — oil and filter replacement. The final step is the most responsible for everyone involved. We invite the chiller to the test station. Load testing: monitoring pressures, temperatures, power consumption, and control logic — exactly as on a real site. No matter how much we like a chiller, the moment of parting comes quickly. Even our favorites, which received special attention, never stay with us for long. We genuinely wave goodbye to every chiller. Because sending equipment off to work is also part of our ritual.
