Hello My viewers! Today I am going to prepare A traditional Bengali dish CHINGRI MACHER PATURI which means mustard prawn wrapped in banana leaf To make this delicious recipe, the ingredients and recipe are as follows: Ingredients Make a paste out of:- 1tsp white mustard seeds 1tsp Black mustard seeds 1 tbsp Poppy seeds ( khus khus) 2 green chillies 2 cloves of garlic Salt. Grind the above ingredients and keep it aside. To make prawns:- TAKE ONE BANANA LEAF Prawns 300 gm The grind mustard paste Grind coconut 2 tbsp Mustard oil Salt as per taste 1/2 TSP red chilli powder 1tsp turmeric powder Sugar 1/2 tsp 4 slit green chilli thread. 1. Mix prawn in a mixing bowl add mustard paste, salt, 2 tbsp mustard oil, sugar. Mix and keep aside for 5 minutes. 2. Apply oil in banana leaf above surface with oil, fold it like shown in the video. 3. Heat the banana leaf 4. Heat oil in the pan. Place the stuffed prawn in banana leaf and fry. 5. Cover it for 7-8 min in slow flame 6. Again fry the other side. The dish is ready to be served.
