One of the biggest requests I get for movement/skill tutorials is the Snatch. I don't blame yah! There's a lot that goes on in this lift. I GOT YOU GUYS! As I've said in the video, this program is mostly focused on developing your power snatch for your technique and then you will complete very necessary mobility that will help you improve your Squat Snatch (and that pesky Overhead Squat).
