In this video, we demonstrate the spray techniques that are best to use and best not to use with the DAP Foam Spray Insulation Home Kit while insulating a 120 sq. ft. building with 9-foot walls. While I don’t walk through the full setup of the kit, I do cover important PPE (personal protective equipment) tips and what worked best as far as technique. 👉 PPE is absolutely essential. I recommend using: • A full hazmat suit that completely covers your body and hair • A respirator or ventilator (not just a dust mask!) • Goggles or sealed safety glasses • Gloves (disposable nitrile or chemical-resistant) • And don’t forget to apply Vaseline or Aquaphor to all exposed skin — face, neck, ears, arms, legs, and hands — to protect your skin and make cleanup easier.
