Jiah Khan's death case has remained unsolved for the past eight years. However, now the case has now been transferred to a special CBI court. Previously, her ex-boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi was facing charges of suspected abetment at the sessions court. Late Jiah Khan's mother Rabia, who has been fighting to get justice for her daughter, has welcomed the court’s decision to move the case to a Special CBI Court.On the other hand, veteran actor Zarina Wahab has also welcomed the decision of a special CBI court hearing in the death case of actor Jiah Khan.
