** Effective January 1, 2024, the involved suspect's booking photos have been blurred out, in compliance with Assembly Bill (AB) 994, (amending California Penal Code (PC) Section 13655), which addresses the sharing of booking photos on social media by law enforcement. This is an extended version to the previously released Critical Incident Community Briefing, which can be found here:    • Pacific Area ICD 1/3/2023 (NRF002-23)   --------- This updated Critical Incident Community Briefing video contains an additional (approximately) 6 minutes of Body Worn Video (from 6 minutes, 6 seconds to 12 minutes, 1 second) that depicts Mr. Anderson sitting on the sidewalk as the officer makes initial contact with him. There is also an additional (approximately) 2 minutes, 30 seconds of Body Worn Video (from 22 minutes, 10 seconds to 24 minutes, 41 seconds) that depicts officers awaiting the arrival of Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics. There is also an additional (approximately) 1 minute, 35 seconds of Body Worn Video (from 30 minutes, 0 seconds to 31 minutes, 35 seconds) that depicts Mr. Anderson on the Los Angeles Fire Department gurney and being wheeled to the ambulance. There is also additional Body Worn Video (from 31 minutes, 42 seconds to 32 minutes, 17 seconds) that depicts an officer walking to the ambulance that Mr. Anderson is in.
