Cut the carrot into 1cm thick chrysanthemum shapes and the daikon into 1.5cm thick chrysanthemum shapes. Put into a heat-resistant bowl, add 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the recipe), cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600w for 3-5 minutes. 2 Cut the potatoes into 2cm thick chrysanthemum-shaped slices. 3 Pour boiling water over the burdock tempura and deep-fried tofu to remove excess oil.
