Helene Storm update! I'm back boots on the ground showing Del Webb Stone Creek one day after the storm. I wanted to show everyone what it is like after a storm and how safe our communities are! No HOME damage, only some tree debris to clean up. I did this similar video when I lived in On Top of the World and this Hurricane Ian came knocking. Ocala is almost square in the middle of the state, no hurricane eye has ever hit Ocala in it's history. The 55+ communities are very safe as the homes protect each other against strong winds. Our community maintenance team was out the next day cleaning up. In Stone Creek we never lost power or internet. In OTOW only a few areas lost power for a time. Feeling secure and safe is the number ONE reason folks come to live here, retire, work from home and enjoy the most affordable luxury community. Make sure a choose a realtor who can navigate you through new home builds, I don't drop you at the door! Call me and talk and plan your visit! There are some fantastic pre owned homes and quick move in homes if you do not want to wait to build!
