Jeep Wrangler YJ 4.3 Vortec Swap

This is a 95 Jeep Wrangler YJ with a 98/99 Gm 4.3 V6 / 700R4 231 transfer case. It’s running a small spring lift 3” or so and 33” tire with factory (for 4cyl) 4.11 gears. It’s a good combo for mixed driving and rpm’s at 60 are around 2000. Later I’ll be replacing springs, updating the computer to a 411 LS type (easy to go to a 4.8 later but better programming) and installing a slip yoke eliminator with a new driveshaft. I may tuck the belly pan back up underneath. This rig is just a mall crawler mostly and a fun back and forth around town cruiser / towed for the RV.
