Ofcourse you can use these ingredients individually especially in the rice, collard greens and gravy. You can use dry seasoning to marinate banana blossoms. 🍃French fried Banana blossom 1 can natures charm banana blossom 1 spoonful green seasoning 1 cup plant milk Roughly 2 tsp all purpose seasoning 2 tbsp flaxseed 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour 1 1/2 tbsp all purpose seasoning 2 tbsp Arrowroot powder Oil to fry 🍃Gravy 1 tsp green seasoning 1 tsp oil used to fry banana blossom Mix 1/4 cup ketchup with 1 and 1/4 cups water and 1/2 tbsp sugar All purpose seasoning ( season to your liking) 🍃Turmeric rice and black beans 3- 3 1/2 cups basmati rice 1 can black beans ( discard liquid and rinse beans) 2 tsp green seasoning Salt or all purpose seasoning to taste *A tsp cane sugar to balance the taste( optional) 1 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 cups water 1 scotch pepper 2 stalk scallion Few sprigs thyme 2 tsp oil Enjoy!
