Unfortunately they observed my riding for a decent amount of time (couple of minutes). In this case they are not actually checking your speed, but rather your general riding style. In reality I never exceeded 86,8kph. Unfortunately sometimes my ECU hack didn't work and the speedo showed my actual speed which was too slow to brag so I decided to blur the speedo instead.
