Le Gibet: https://teletoneaudio.com/products/le... In this video I demo a music track I created using Le Gibet, the final synth in Teletone Audio's The 'Gaspard de la nuit' Collection. This virtual analog synth is the darkest of installment the trilogy, using samples from some of the most iconic vintage synths like the Moog Model D. As well as beautiful string recordings and vintage keys, processed and manipulated to give Le Gibet its dark cinematic sound. With over 75 instruments and 25 multis, Le Gibet spans a wide range of beautifully distorted and sparkling sounds. From Teletone Audios website page for Le Gibet: "Le Gibet is the sound of the city at night. Blown out distortion masquerades as a romantic haze of analog synths, keys and string recordings. All packaged into an interface with sophisticated restraint." --- The track I created for the demo used 5 instances of Le Gibet, 1 instance of Retrograde Bass, and 1 instance of Tympo - all virtual instruments created by Teletone Audio. Retrograde Bass is the newest virtual instrument in Teletone Audio's repertoire of characterful sound-makers. Sampling a late 60's vintage Precision Bass using a Super Reverb Amp and a variety of mics including an RCA Ribbon Mic, Dynamic Mic, and Tube Mic, Teletone Audio has achieved a truly vintage bass plugin that's capable of age-old warm low end sounds with all the right nuances of vintage character. But with all the modern conveniences of individual send fx, a useful synth layer for sub tones, and more. Altogether, I use Le Gibet, Retrograde Bass, and Tympo Drum Plugin to create my favorite demo track yet on the WaveBits Youtube channel. I highly recommend Le Gibet and the rest of Teletone Audio's amazing Kontakt Instruments!
