This is the complete album "Sailing the Seas Depends on the Helmsman - Ten Revolutionary Songs of China (All Sung in English)". The record was digitized directly using a wired connection to a PC. Attempts have been made to remove clicks, pops, snaps, and crackles, but some still do remain nonetheless. This album is in my own possession, and the audio wasn't taken from somewhere else. Apparently it originally had a lyrics booklet, but it was not included when I purchased this record. This is from the 1960s and it isn't some sort of joke. It is a legitimate release, even if the singers' English pronunciation isn't as good as a native speaker's would be.
